Greencarrier Liner Agency is looking for a person with a positive and enthusiastic
mind-set to join our customer service team in Gothenburg. We are ready to hire, are you our new team member?


You will be a part of our customer service team and together with your team, deliver a positive customer experience. In this role, you need to be flexible and enjoy combining customer service with administration tasks. 

You will take care of bookings, documentation and planning of shipments.
System updates, follow-ups and communication with customers and Evergreen via
e-mail/phone are other daily tasks.

The ideal candidate is a person who has strong commercial and customer interests.
A person who find it easy to build relationships and enjoys networking and can manage several responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude towards our customers, partners and Evergreen.

We are looking for a person with good communication skills and someone who enjoys cooperating with the rest of the team. Your written and verbal communications skills are great, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English. You are a fast learner with good computer and IT skills. Previous shipping/logistics knowledge is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree from shipping/logistics or relevant vocational training
  • Minimum 2-3 years documented experience from shipping/logistics industry or other relevant experience from the customer service industry
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
  • Well proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • An interest in using new technology systems to increase performance
